Nienhuis is the only manufacturer still working under direct license from the Association Montessori Internationale. Every plane, every bead, every sandpaper letter is produced to the exact specifications Maria Montessori set down almost a century ago.

Gonzagarredi Montessori
Italian craft in the country where it all began
Gonzagarredi Montessori — known simply as GAM — is the Italian workshop that collaborated directly with Maria Montessori on the very first materials. Nearly a century later, it remains one of only three AMI-certified manufacturers worldwide.

Playful learning for life
Educo is a Heutink family brand that makes durable, colour-rich educational manipulatives for preschool, special-needs, and lower-elementary classrooms. Not strictly AMI-bound, but built to the same classroom-first quality standards.
