For institutional orders (€3,500+) different shipping terms apply: pallet delivery on larger shipments, volume discounts and NET 14 invoicing.

Free delivery does not apply to items of 15 kg or more; those pay the zone rate.

Important Shipping Information
Processing Time
- We process your order the same day and it is picked within two business days
- Custom or bulk orders may take 2-3 additional business days
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details
Delivery Notes
- Signature may be required for orders over €200
- We ship Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
- Remote areas may experience additional 1-2 day delays
