Multi-Class (€50,000+) is the highest per-order tier, automatic 10 % discount, 2D/3D layout, 18-month price lock. The Multi-Class Program (€100,000+ or 5+ classrooms) is a separate engagement with a dedicated project manager, phased delivery, and a custom 10-15 % framework. Same name, two different products: the tier is automatic at the threshold; the Program is quote-only.
The tier threshold is measured on your whole order excluding shipping. The discount itself applies to Nienhuis core materials and furniture; books and third-party brands are bought in at margins that cannot carry it, so they are quoted at catalogue price. We do not offer reseller or wholesale terms, pricing is for institutions and end-use procurement only.
All institutional thresholds, discounts and quotes are denominated in euros (EUR) and invoiced in euros, regardless of the language version you are reading.
Institutional tier discounts do not stack with kit discounts (smart kits / classroom packages), the higher of the two applies. New-classroom package prices are set independently.

Do you offer wholesale or reseller terms?▾
No. Faborino is a registered EU retailer of Heutink International brands, and per Heutink’s distribution policy we do not grant sub-dealer or wholesale terms. Our institutional pricing is for end-use procurement by schools, kindergartens, training centres, therapy facilities and public buyers.
What are the payment terms for institutions?▾
Payment terms are agreed individually with each institution, based on order size and type. Smaller orders are typically NET 14 after delivery; for larger orders a partial deposit may be agreed. We confirm the exact terms with you before any binding order.
Do I need a VAT number to qualify for institutional pricing?▾
No. A registration number and proof of institutional status are enough. Most municipalities and kindergartens are not VAT registered, and that does not affect institutional pricing. A VAT number is optional: if you have one, put it in the form, we verify it via VIES and take it into account when invoicing.
What’s the difference between the discount tiers?▾
Tiers are assigned per order, based on net order value. Verified Institution (0 %) applies to any qualifying institution with no minimum and unlocks NET 14 invoicing. Volume Start (3 %) activates at €3,500 with Heutink standard parcel shipping included (pallet shipments quoted individually). Volume Plus (6 %) activates at €7,500 with full free EU shipping. Major Order (8 %) activates at €20,000 and adds a dedicated account manager. Multi-Class (10 %) activates at €50,000 and adds 2D/3D classroom layout plus 18-month price lock. €100,000+ projects move to the Multi-Class Program (quote-only, 10-15 %).
Can a Slovak municipality or SK school make cross-border EU purchases under public procurement law?▾
Yes. Under §2 of Act 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement, cross-border purchases within the EU single market are explicitly permitted. We issue invoices and documentation in Slovak on request. Many SK schools already buy from cross-border suppliers, so the framework is well-established.
How is the price calculated when I combine a classroom package with extra items?▾
The package price is fixed (it already contains its own kit discount). Any extra items added on top of the package are priced at standard catalogue with your institutional tier discount applied. Tier discounts do not stack with kit discounts, the higher of the two applies to each line.
What are the lead times for larger orders?▾
Stock catalogue items ship in about 2 to 3 weeks (1 to 2 weeks production plus about 3 days DHL delivery to SK). Partially custom orders take 3 to 5 weeks; fully custom furniture 6 to 12 weeks. Multi-Class Program orders are delivered in phases (2-4 waves) agreed at project kick-off. Order so the equipment is in place before the September school-year start.
What does "free shipping" mean in the institutional tiers?▾
Free shipping covers Heutink standard EU dropship delivery. TIER_1 (Volume Start) covers up to €80 of shipping cost, anything above that is billed to the customer. TIER_2 and above cover the full Heutink standard shipping fee, no cap. Express delivery, weekend delivery, or installation are quoted separately.
Can I get a quote for a public tender?▾
Yes. Tender and procurement orders are handled separately by quote. We issue invoices and provide tender documentation support, and can discuss framework agreements. Use the inquiry form and select “Tender / procurement” in the order size field.

We stock brands from the Heutink International portfolio (Nienhuis Montessori and more). All available on a single invoice with one delivery.
What warranty applies?▾
All orders carry the EU statutory warranty applicable to your country, plus the manufacturer’s warranty issued by each brand. Specific warranty terms vary by product and brand, we document them in writing with your quote.
