Institutional orders

Institutional returns (€3,500+ orders)

For institutional orders (schools, kindergartens, training centres, public buyers) the return is arranged in writing with our account manager and ships directly back to Heutink International in the Netherlands, not to Ostrava. This is faster, eliminates an extra transit leg, and keeps the manufacturer warranty trail intact. Contact your account manager before shipping anything.
