Newsletter (Faborino Journal)
Examples:

- Time and wording of your consent, and the form you used

- Your child’s age range, or that you work at a nursery or school, if you choose it (never a date of birth or a name)
- Country, estimated from your connection when you sign up
Purpose: To send the Faborino Journal: after you confirm your subscription by clicking the link in our email (double opt-in), four short welcome letters with tips for your child’s age, then once a month new articles and a selection of materials; and to be able to show that you consented (Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 7(1) GDPR). The age range and the country only decide which letters and materials we send you. You can unsubscribe in every email with one click; we then send you nothing more, keep your address on a do-not-send list, and keep the record of your consent and its withdrawal for four years, as Slovak law requires (§ 116(5) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll.).
Satisfaction questionnaires (Heureka, Zboží.cz)
Examples:

Purpose: To find out how satisfied you were with your purchase: after a purchase delivered to Slovakia or the Czech Republic we pass your email address and the list of products you bought to Heureka Group a.s., ID 07822774, Karolinská 706/3, Prague 8, Czech Republic, and for Czech orders, once we take part in Zboží.cz reviews, also to Seznam.cz, a.s., ID 26168685, Radlická 3294/10, 150 00 Prague 5. They send you the questionnaire or review request on our behalf and evaluate the answers; they are our processors and do not use your data for their own purposes. Seznam.cz keeps the email for this purpose for 365 days. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing whether you were satisfied with the purchase (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object when ordering by ticking the box at checkout, or at any time through the link in the questionnaire; if you object when ordering, we pass on nothing about that order.
