The Book Display Trolley is made of birch plywood and runs on castors, with several compartments that keep the covers in view. A child who can see the cover chooses a book without help, and putting it back means dropping it into a compartment rather than finding a place in a row of spines, which is why books on a trolley like this actually come back. The whole reading corner can be wheeled to wherever the group is sitting, or turned to face the room while the selection is being changed for a new theme.
