The label set for the continents, the third part of a three part material. The puzzle map gives the shapes, the control map lets the child check the work, and the labels are what turn both into reading: a name is laid on a continent and either it matches the control map or it does not, without an adult in the loop. Labels are also the part that goes first, since they are small, light and easy to sweep off a table. The maps are separate items.
