Globe Of Land & Water: Painted

Globe of Land and Water is a child's first globe and shows only the two things a three-year-old can take hold of: where there is land and where there is water. In this painted version colour alone separates them, and the child turns the globe, names land and water and grasps that the Earth is a sphere before ever seeing a map. The first lesson runs in three steps: the adult names the two, asks the child to point to each in turn, and finally lets the child name them alone. It prepares the puzzle maps and the continent work that follow. For children from 3 to 6.
