Holder For 3 Pencils in a child's hands
The holder for 3 pencils is made of beech wood and keeps three pencils together in one place. Beech is a hard wood with a fine, even grain. It is made for three pencils, which also tells the child how many to take for a piece of work. The child puts the pencils into the holder, carries it to the table and returns the pencils to it when the work is done. Nienhuis lists it for use indoors, and the pencils themselves are not listed with it. Wipe the holder with a slightly damp cloth and dry it at once. For children aged 3 to 6.
