It is a supplement rather than a set on its own, made to be filed with Hollow Letter Shapes: US Cursive, which is sold separately. The hollow shape is what does the teaching in a writing preparation material: the child works inside the outline and the form guides the hand, so the movement of the letter is learned before the instrument has to be controlled as well.
