Imbucare Box With Cube in a child's hands
The Imbucare Box With Cube asks a young child for one thing only: post the cube through the opening, then get it back again. That single repeated movement carries the whole lesson of object permanence, because the cube disappears and is still not lost. It goes through only when the hand turns it to match, so wrist rotation and aim are practised without any adult correcting anything. One shape, one hole, and as many repetitions as a child under three wants.
If you are not sure it suits your child, we answer in person.
