Paper Grammar Symbols come in ten sets of the colour coded shapes a child places above the words of a sentence to mark each part of speech. Because they are paper, the child can glue them straight into a notebook, so a passing exercise leaves a record of the work behind. Ten sets cover a whole group at once, or a long series of sentences for a single child. For children from about three years, once nouns and verbs have been introduced.
