Puzzle Map South America turns a continent into pieces a child lifts out by a knob and sets back exactly where they belong. Fitting Brazil against its neighbours gives shape, size and position a physical memory that a printed map never leaves behind; the names come later, once the outlines are already familiar to the hands. No piece will settle in an opening that is not its own, so the map corrects the child quietly while the work goes on. Once the pieces go back without hesitation, each one can be traced onto paper and coloured, and the child ends up with a map drawn by their own hand. Geography and culture work for the three to six age group.
