Rings On Vertical Dowel in a child's hands
Rings On Vertical Dowel gives a very young child a first exercise with a clear beginning and end: rings off, rings back on, the work is done. Guiding the hole of a ring over an upright peg calls for both hands, a steady eye and a controlled release, which is exactly the coordination that later guides a spoon and a pencil. It belongs on the shelf during the first years, when a toddler wants to repeat the same movement many times over.
If you are not sure it suits your child, we answer in person.
