Sentence Analysis Working Chart

The Sentence Analysis Working Chart gives sentence analysis a fixed layout: the child sets each part of the sentence in its position and sees at a glance which word answers which question. Working through a sentence means reading it, asking who is acting and what is being done, then laying each group of words where its answer belongs and moving a piece again as soon as it will not fit the question.
