Wall Handrail

Wall Handrail is fixed along the wall at a child's height and gives a steady hold for cruising and for the first steps taken without an adult. Because it is fixed, it never slides or tips away under the weight the way a chair or a low table pressed into the same use will. Pulling up, stepping sideways and letting go of one hand at a time build balance and confidence at the child's own pace rather than someone else's. It belongs in rooms where the youngest children move freely, from the first attempts at standing.
