Pink Tower: Cube 1 x 1 x 1 cm

The Pink Tower cube of 1 x 1 x 1 cm is the smallest of the ten and the piece that most often disappears under a shelf. Replacing it restores the complete size series, so a child can again build from largest to smallest and feel the one centimetre step between the cubes. It is also the cube that goes on last, at the very top, and the one a child lays against a larger cube in the later exercises to check the difference between two neighbours. Without it the tower ends unfinished and those extensions cannot be done at all. A spare part for anyone already working with the Pink Tower, from three years.
