Dark blue is the colour of the geometric insets and the blue half of the number rods, and it is also the harder of the two blues to patch convincingly, because a dark surface shows a mismatched sheen more than a pale one does. Work thin, and let the first coat dry before judging it. Seven colours plus varnish and thinner are available, each a separate item.
