Set Of Knobless Cylinders

The Set of Knobless Cylinders takes the dimensions a child met in the cylinder blocks and removes the knob: the hand now grasps the whole cylinder and the eye alone judges the difference. The blocks are graded by height, by diameter or by both at once, so the cylinders build into towers, stairs and free patterns rather than sorted rows. Without a wooden frame there is no built-in control of error, and the child has to rely on trained perception. For children from three years who already know the Cylinder Block.
