The Story Of The King Of Peace in a child's hands
The Story of the King of Peace is a story by Axel Winkler on 29 pages. It explains the relationship between the Pink Tower and the Trinomial Cube, both sensorial materials of Montessori education. The Pink Tower is a tower of pink cubes of different sizes, and the Trinomial Cube is a cube built from several pieces. The elementary child already knows both materials from the earlier years, and the story draws the child to the mathematical relations between them. According to Nienhuis, the material is polyplast and the colour is white, and the story is meant for children aged 6 to 12.
