White Knobs in a child's hands
Twenty five white knobs for maps, insets and puzzles, as replacements. A knob is what makes a puzzle piece a Montessori puzzle piece: it forces the pincer grip, the same three fingers that will later hold a pencil, and a piece whose knob has come off is picked up with a whole hand instead.
